L.I.F.T. is a program that affords women of all ages, all
levels of busy-ness, all stages of their walk with Christ,
and all areas of interest an opportunity to connect with
other women, one on one.  We firmly believe that women
connect with one another in a unique way that has been
built into us by our Creator God.  We also believe
that women thrive spiritually, emotionally, and relationally
when they are connected with other women in personal
ways that are open and caring.

We believe that connecting with one another regularly and
often is an important part of our growth process.  L.I.F.T.
is a program where you are encouraged to partner with another
woman from The Sanctuary for a purpose mutually agreed upon. 
It could be for a one-on-one Bible study.  It might be for prayer. 
It may be that you meet together for mutual accountability. 
Or the focus may be on scripture memorization.  You and your
partner can decide what you two will focus on.

Since we realize that all of us have time constraints in our busy
lives, it is up to you and your partner to decide exactly how much
time to spend together.  We do encourage you to have contact at least
once a week.  Face to face meetings are nice, but sometimes
people do better with phone calls or even e-mails.  Certain focuses
(i.e. Bible Study) probably are done more easily with face to face
meetings.  Things such as prayer and accountability may work
fine on the phone.  Again, there is no “right way” to do it, just work
it out between the two of you!

Women’s Ministry Team members are available to help you
find a partner or give you and your partner direction if you need it. 
We are here to help, so just ask!
